Bethesda revealed the system requirements for Wolfenstein: New Order, the remake of one of the first First-Person Shooter series: Castle Wolfenstein.

The Game seems to rely more on processing power and less on the graphics card and ram, requiring nothing less than a Core i7/AMD equivalent CPU.

What’s even more interesting is that these are the minimum requirements of the game which Bethesda claims as necessary to run the game, which explains why the game requires fairly old GPU and less ram

  • Intel Core i7 or equivalent AMD
  • 4 GB System RAM
  • 50 GB free HDD space
  • GeForce 460, ATI Radeon HD 6850
  • High Speed Internet Connection
  • Steam account and activation required

On the Xbox 360, the game requires a minimum of 8GB HDD space and comes in four discs one of which is a mandatory installation disk.

On the Xbox One, the game requires 8GB minimum HDD space with the total install size ranging to 47GB. The Kinect can be used to issue voice commands; though the game supports English, French, Spanish, German and Italian only.
