PS4 Firmware Update 1.70 Goes Live on April 30th

People have been waiting for the PS4 Firmware update 1.70 for quite a while because of the amazing features that it is going to bring and now the wait is almost over. Today, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan announced that they will be releasing the next update for the PlayStation 4 on 30th of April.

The biggest feature that will be added through the update is the Remote Play, which will let you stream your PlayStation 4 titles on your PS Vita handheld device.

Moreover, the next update for the console will let you stream the videos in high quality, preload games, get rid of HDCP DRM and features a new video editor named as SHAREFactory, which will let you include manual playback music to your videos.

A new option will be added that will ask you, how much time you want the game recorded, instead of just recording 15 minutes of gameplay, whenever you hit the share button.

Some other minor updates will also be added to the UI of the console to make your experience better. Furthermore, it will add more stability to your friends list and might include the support for MP3 format as well.
