Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes Platform Exclusive Content to be Available for Everyone in Japan

In Kojima Productions Podcast today, it was announced that platform exclusive content for Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes will be available for everyone soon.

The announcement was also made on Hideo Kojima’s assistant Ayako’s Twitter which hints that the content will be released on 1 May, 2014, but only in Japan.

The platform exclusive content in discussion includes Playstation Exclusive Déjà Vu mission and Xbox Exclusive Jamais Vu.

It remains to be seen whether the DLC will be available in other regions other than Japan. Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes also launched for Xbox One, which is still five months away from releasing in Japanese lands.

As for the bonus missions, the Playstation Exclusive Déjà Vu lets players re-live the memories of Playstation One Snake. As for Jamais Vu of Xbox, it lets players play as Cyborg Ninja Raiden.

Currently, in order to unlock these missions on respective platforms, players have to collect all 9 XOF Patches scattered throughout Camp Omega.
