The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Preorder Bonuses Will be ‘Fucking Amazing’ at GOG

Apart from being the last in the trilogy of Geralt’s saga, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is expected to be the biggest too.

From what we have seen about the game so far – the boisterous visuals, Umbra 3 and more – CD Projekt Red are really putting their heads into this.

Recently, the developers fed the excitement a bit more.

Marcin Iwinski aka iWi the founder of CD Projekt Red, Piotr “Destro” Karwowski the vice president of Online Technologies and the head of marketing and public relations at CD Projekt Red, Trevor “The EnigmaticT” Longino sat together for a Twitch livestream couple of hours ago.

We have been told through the livestream that the pre-order bonuses for the game, if ordered from GOG will be ‘fucking amazing,’ period. Iwinski said:

There was a question here…about how good the Witcher 3 preorder [bonuses] will be on GOG; it will be f***ing amazing, guys.

Now we do know that pre-order bonuses are usually good for AAA games but that is not the case every time, and if the developer is pointing it out specifically, I think they might just be worth it.

That being said, GOG is CD Projekt Red’s self-owned online storefront and the added benefits also fall in line with the developer’s wishes to sell more of the game’s themselves instead of other retailers.

The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt was originally planned for a release in late 2014 but has now been pushed forward to February 2015.
