Latest Ace Attorney Title Rumored to Set in the Meiji Era of Japan

According to some leaked pages from this week’s Famitsu, a new game in the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney series will be coming to 3DS called Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodou Ryuunosuke no Bouken, which is translated into Grand Turnabout Trial: The Adventures of Naruhodou Ryuunosuke.

The leaked pages suggest that the game will be set in Meiji Era of Japan, which took place during the time of 1868 to July of 1912.

The protagonist of the game will be one of the ancestors of Mr. Phoenix Wright, Naruhodou Ryuunosuke. The image of the upcoming main character can be seen below:

The game will be produced by Shintaro Kojima while the creator of the series Shu Takumi will take the role of the game’s director.

So far, there is no news on how the game will shape up in the Meiji Era and what will be the features of the game or when is it going to be released, but we are hoping that the information on the game is unveiled soon.
