Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare Gets Another Free DLC Called Zomboss Down

By   /   Apr 15, 2014

Zomboss Down is the second free DLC for Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare, which PopCap Games will be releasing some time today for the Xbox One and Xbox 360.

The DLC will add a new map where the zombies are roaming the desert and smashing their way to reach the local golf course. The Plants will of course have to intervene and put a stop to them.

Accompanying that will be eight new classes, including Archeologist Zombie, the Wrestling Star Zombie, the Law Pea and the Sun Pharaoh. Players will also be granted access to over 200 customizations that include weapon upgrades, skins, new accessories, tattoos, facial hair and more.

The level cap is being increased from 20 to 30 for each character, with the addition of new challenges for each level.

The DLC is free to download, but won’t be accessible right away. Each new addition has to be earned in the game, which can be tedious since purchasing card packs with in-game currency rewards players with random items.

Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare is for now still an exclusive title for the Xbox platform, but will arrive on PC later.
