Super Smash Bros. Gets Another Assist Trophy
The director of Super Smash Bros. Masahiro Sakurai has announced that people’s favorite character, Isabelle from Animal Crossing: New Leaf will be joining the assist trophies in the game.
There are two separate versions of the game in development, one for the Nintendo Wii U and the other for 3DS. The Wii U version will be fully polished with HD graphics, on the other hand, 3DS version will have characters with black outlines, which can be turned off if you are not interested.
3DS and Wii U version of the popular franchise will follow the same type of gameplay. Up to four players will be competing against each other in a fighting match, with each character having their own unique skills and moves.
Super Smash Bros. will have number of popular names as playable characters like Mario, Mega Man, Pikachu, Sonic, Zelda, Bowser and other 17 characters.
The development of Super Smash Bros. started in March 2012 and the developer has confirmed that both games will have their own unique stages to suit the platform. The single-player campaign will consist of absolute gameplay and will not feature any cutscene what so ever.
There is no exact release date given but Super Smash Bros. for Wii U & 3DS is slated for release sometime in 2014.
