Air Conflicts: Vietnam Ultimate Edition takes off on PS4 this spring

Games Farm is not letting the less than average reviews of its Air Conflicts: Vietnam title effect their plans of an enhanced version for the PlayStation 4.

Air Conflicts: Vietnam Ultimate Edition has been announced for a release on the PS4 later this spring and will feature a brand new “Lost Letters” campaign that puts players on the opposite side of the war as Vietnamese pilot Nguyen an Toon. The revamped version will also feature improved controls, bigger maps, better enemy AI, improved sound effects and an enhanced particle system.

The game will see to the inclusion of a lot of improvements that are “based on feedback from the community.” Furthermore an 8-player multiplayer mode will also be included, featuring Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Capture The Flag modes.

The game will retail for €49.99. We’ll see if the new version is good enough to redeem its past self.

Air Conflicts: Vietnam was released last year in October and is currently sitting on a 43 average Metacritic rating.
