Just a few days ago some source of the Kotaku rumored that the next-gen version of Assassin Creed will be called Assassins Creed: Unity with some of the in-game screens.

The very next day Ubisoft confirmed that the rumor is indeed true and the next-gen game will be called Assassins Creed: Unity and will take place in Europe, France and the new trailer was also released which showed the alpha footage from the game.

At the start of Alpha trailer, there is a ballroom which has now been recreated with the help of Unreal Engine 4. The Unreal Engine 4 shows off its incredible power in the video above – that simple ball room just looks amazing.

So far we just know that there are two versions of Assassins Creed in development. One for the next-gen and the other for the old gen consoles. Despite an installment every year, Assassins Creed still maintains its charm by giving the players a chance to live and breathe in a different era.

Assassins Creed: Unity will release this fall just as the previous titles in the series. Meanwhile, check out our analysis of the Alpha trailer for the game to fully know what exactly is going on in Paris.

What do you think of the recreation of Ballroom with the help of Unreal Engine 4? Are you looking forward to play Assassins Creed: Unity on the next-gen?
