Now that we have talked about Pilots Loadouts for different situations, it is time to move on to Titans.
Similar to Pilots, Titans have customizable loadouts for different situations & playstyles. The components of a loadout are not readily available & you must make your way through each level in order to unlock most of the things.
On a side note, the loadouts provided below are not universal & only aim on providing you a brief outline of how things can be arranged. Try them out once & then alter according to your own preferences & playstyles.
Atlas Loadout Setup
For this Loadout, my weapon of choice is Plasma Railgun. This gun can be described as the Sniper Rifle of the Titans as you need to be really very accurate with this gun. When in the full charged more, you can even take out half of the HP of an enemy Titan with a single shot.
For the Tactical Ability, I have selected Electrical Smoke which allows you to kill enemy Titans & Pilots trying to rodeo-kill you. For the Ordnance, I keep on opting for different things randomly so it depends upon you.
For the Tier 1 Kit, I have selected Nuclear Ejection & for the Tier 2 Kit, I have opted for Core Extender which increases your damage output.
Weapon: Plasma Railgun Tactical Ability: Electric Smoke Ordnance: Any Tier 1 Kit: Nuclear Ejection Tier 2 Kit: Core Extender
Stryder Loadout Setup
For the weapon, I have selected the 40mm Cannon which has a decent rate of fire & is pretty accurate on the targets. For the Tactical Ability, I have again chosen Electrical Smoke because I get rodeo-ed a lot.
The Ordnance is again your own choice but, with the Stryder, it is generally a good idea to keep the Rocket Salvo as it has darn good rate of fire.
And finally for the Kits, I have opted for Dash Quickcharger & Core Extender.
Ogre Loadout Setup
When you are moving around with the Ogre, I would definitely recommend going with a Plasma Railgun due to the fact that Ogre has a decent amount of HP which gives you a lot of time to aim the Plasma Gun & boom goes the enemy Titan.
For the Tactical Ability, I would once again suggest going for the Electrical Smoke. The Ordnance should include Multi-Target Missile System which can take out a number of targets instantly.
Ideally, you should consider having your Titan in the battlefield for longer durations of time; therefore, the kits you should consider using are Regen Boost & Survivor.
When I say a balanced loadout, I refer to the fact that this loadout worked best for me, so far. Beginning with the loadout, I chose Atlas as my Titan because he is the most balanced among the three.
For the weapon, I tend to go with Chaingun with Extended Magazines so that I can spam the enemy Titans & Pilots with bullets.
For the Tactical Ability, I chose Vortex Shield because it will absorb damage & incoming projectiles. For the Ordnance, I chose Multi-targeting Missile System.
For the kits, I opted for Fast Autoloader, so that my Multi-targeting Missile System never runs out & Survivor so that you can fight for longer.
Weapon: Chaingun Tactical Ability: Vortex Shield Ordnance: Multi-Targeting Missile System Tier 1 Kit: Fast Autoloader Tier 2 Kit: Multi-Targeting Missile System
This Loadout is very suitable for dealing massive amount of damage in one-on-one Titan battles; especially in the close combat. For the weapon, I tend to opt for Quad Rocket with Rapid Fire which increases its rate of fire.
For the Ordnance, I opted for Cluster Missile which can take out Minions with a single shot. It also deals great amount of damage to enemy Titans.
For the kits, I have opted for Tactical Reactor & Big Punch.
Weapon: Quad Rocket with Rapid Fire Tactical Ability: Electric Smoke Ordnance: Cluster Missile Tier 1 Kit: Tactical Reactor Tier 2 Kit: Big Punch
The Undisputed Ogre
With this Ogre Class, I have chosen 40mm Cannon which can take out Titans & Pilots with relative ease.
For the Tactical Ability, I tend to go with Particle Wall in case I encounter an enemy Titan in the open. Multi-Target Missile System serves as my Ordnance which deals massive amount of damage along with 40mm Cannon.
And lastly, for my kits, I have selected Dash Quickcharger & Survivor so that I can run away from the fights in which I’m at a disadvantage.
Weapon: 40mm Cannon with Rapid Fire Tactical Ability: Particle Wall Ordnance: Multi-Target Missile System Tier 1 Kit: Dash Quickcharger Tier 2 Kit: Survivor
The Angry Stryder
In this Loadout, I have selected 40mm Cannon as my primary weapon. Due to the fact that I target both Titans & Pilots, I have decided to go with Extended Magazines.
For my Tactical Ability, I have once again opted for Electrical Smoke in order to avoid being rodeo-ed & killing Titans at the same time.
For my Ordnance, I have chosen to go for Multi-Targeting Missile System which can easily take out enemy Titans.
And finally for my kits, I chose Dash Quickcharger & Big Punch to perform those executions.
Weapon: 40mm Cannon with Rapid Fire Tactical Ability: Electrical Smoke Ordnance: Multi-Targeting Missile System Tier 1 Kit: Dash Quickcharger Tier 2 Kit: Big Punch
My Favorite Titan Loadout
This is my one of the favorite loadouts in Titanfall. I have selected Ogre with XO-16 Chaingun equipped with Extended Magazines or Accelerator.
For my Tactical Ability, I have chosen Vortex Shield which absorbs the enemy fire & returns them to deal massive amount of damage. For the Ordnance, I have selected the Rocket Salvo.
For my Tier 1 Kit, I chose Dash Quickcharger to overcompensate the slowness of Ogre. For the Tier 2 Kit, I have selected Quick Eject.
