Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD Releasing for PC Later This Month

By   /   Mar 13, 2014

Konami has announced today that Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD will be released for PC via Steam later this month.

The game was originally released back in March 2013 on the Nintendo 3DS; which was followed later by a release in October 2013 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

In the side-scrolling action adventure title, players take on the role of Gabriel Belmont’s son Trevor Belmont, grandson Simon Belmont (Trevor’s own son), and Alucard. The game was received with mixed reviews and attained average ratings at best.

That still sounds a lot better than what Konami offered us with Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, which was released at the end of last month. Said to be the worst installment in the franchise, Lords of Shadow 2 was supposed to continue a storyline but instead left us asking more questions.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD on the PC will feature online leaderboards, Steam Achievements and a Boss Rush Mode. A price was not mentioned.
