Wolfenstein: The New Order Runs at 1080p 60 FPS on Both PS4 and Xbox One

Wolfenstein: The New Order is going to run at full 1080p on both the next-gen consoles.

As the Xbox One continues to pump out titles that are either scaled up or are running natively at a lower resolution compared to the PlayStation 4 versions, Wolfenstein: The New Order looks to break that cycle by running at full glorious 1080p with 60 fps on the Xbox One.

“The Xbox One version of Wolfenstein will run at 1080p/60 fps,” said Angela Ramsey, a PR rep of Bethesda Studios, to OnlySP.

The PlayStation 4 version has already been confirmed to be running on the same specifications, which means both titles are going to get along fine.

News bits popping up on NeoGAF in the past week have marked the game to feature around 15-20 hours of normal game time. Bethesda though has yet to officially confirm this.

Wolfenstein: The New Order will release on May 20 for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC. The game will only feature singleplayer, something buyers might need to know before purchasing a copy. Somehow many believe it to boast a multiplayer mode which is in fact wrong.
