Titanfall Alpha Registration Open for Xbox One

There is an exciting news for the fans eagerly awaiting the upcoming title form Respawn Entertainment Titanfall.

EA has started to send out alpha invites for the game. This news has been confirmed by numerous users on NeoGAF who received an invite and it directs them to the official Titanfall website.

There is no guarantee that you will be playing Titanfall early, since it also states:

If you are selected to take part in our upcoming test, you will receive an email in the coming weeks with the unique code and instructions on how to download and access the game on Xbox One.

Alpha registration opened when the invite email was sent out to verified owners of the Battlefield 4 on Xbox One. If EA has not verified you as an Xbox One owner then your registration might not mean anything in the long run.

Initially, it was believed to be scam due to email saying “alpha trial” which did not sound right for the game when the game was due release in less than two months.

Representative of EA customer support has confirmed that this news is indeed legitimate.

You should also check out your e-mail accounts that are registered with Origin to see if you have received an email. However, it is not confirmed whether non-Xbox One owners will be getting emails or not.

Maybe this test is just exclusive to the Xbox One owners. Titanfall is set to hit the shelves on March 11 for Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
