The Korean Rating board’s newly listed ratings for Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare indicate that the game is to get a PlayStation 4 version!
Recently Gematsu found out that the group had rated the game for Xbox 360, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Out of these the first two versions have already been confirmed but the PlayStation 4 version was never heard of before; not from rumors and not from Electronic Arts themselves.
The fun evidence doesn’t end just there, folks at Eurogamer have been eyeing for rumors and leaks too, and they managed another one in this case too.
The Brazilian Rating Board also listed the PlayStation 4 version of Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare.
I see seriously mismanaged marketing strategy here, do you?
Anyhow, Electronic Arts has not confirmed the PlayStation 4 version yet. Now it was pretty much expected that the game will only be a timed exclusive for the Xbox platform and that sooner or later it would have released to PlayStation too, but then again, it would have been better if EA had come up with an announcement on their own.
So far the Plant vs Zombies series has been a serious entertainer; let us see how Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare will fare on the next generation consoles though.
The game is set to be released on Windows, Xbox One and Xbox 360 on February 18 in North America and February 20 in Europe.
