Konami released its second Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 tutorial video in the days leading up to Gamescom. Even if you’re not into sports, it’s worth a look to check out Konami’s next-gen developed Fox engine, which the new Metal Gear will run on.
PES 2014 looks extremely smooth running in Fox engine, making its team attack strategies all the more authentic.
In addition to several other tactics, the tutorial highlights PES 2014’s new “combination plan” feature. The tutorial shows combination planning in action by running-in from the other flank with a sweet three-man maneuver.
The tutorial also shows tactics such as using L1 to make a perfect kick, using the quick counter slider settings to adjust defensive intensities on the fly, and manual one-twos using L1 and the right analog stick.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 is available for pre-order and launches in September.
