German Retailers List GTA V for PC

By   /   May 7, 2013

While Rockstar is taking it’s sweet time in confirming a PC release for probably the most anticipated game of the year, two German retailers have went ahead and listed GTA V for the PC.

Both Amazon.de and GamesOnly have the game available for pre-order at €59.99 and suggest that it will release alongside the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 later this year.

That seems a bit bizarre since Rockstar have yet to confirm the windows version and so far have only stated that a PC version is “up for consideration”. That clearly doesn’t translate into GTA V releasing for the PC this year as well.

As customs stand, a PC version may very well follow but after around 6-7 months following the consoles’ release. The last GTA IV title in the series saw a PC release eight months after it launched for the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Grand Theft Auto V will be released for the PS3 and Xbox 360 on September 17th.
