Tidbits About Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag
One of the major complaints people had with the Last Assassin’s Creed game was that it took too long to get started. In other words, the game was slow in the beginning. Ubisoft has taken into account these complaints and have assured the gamers that Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag will put the gamers ‘right in the middle of the action from the get go.’
Besides that the developers also shed some light on the main character of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed, Edward Kenway. Unlike the previous Assassins, Kenway does not have a strong moral center. He is immoral with his intentions being ‘purely selfish.’ This is how the developers described their new character:
Edward’s motivations are purely selfish: he fights for glory. He has the skills of an Assassin, but he doesn’t use them for the Creed. He is, at heart, a pirate. And he’s not a ‘good’ pirate like you see in children’s tales – he is a criminal with a taste for infamy.
When it comes to the gameplay side of things, Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag is set to feature free-aiming with any firearm for the first time in the series. Furthermore, Captain Kenway will be packing up to four pistols, which he can use to quick-fire mid-combo to kill up to four enemies.
Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag will be available on October 29, 2013 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PS4, Wii U, PC and the next Xbox too.
