The Last of Us Demo Contains Heavy Spoilers

By   /   May 2, 2013

Previously a playable demo for Naughty Dog’s post-apocalyptic survival title ‘The Last of Us’ was packed together with God of War: Ascension. The demo wasn’t playable then, though many purchased Ascension excitedly for a first look at Naughty Dog’s new game.

The timer on that demo just reached to zero and being unlocked, everyone instantly jumped in to play the demo.

Yes the game looks fascinating but the demo unexpectedly comes with a hitch – story spoilers for the entire game!

The demo is littered with clues to the game’s list of chapters and each level comes with its own description. Suffice to say anyone reading through can pretty much know how the game will progress and end.

As it is with the Internet, it didn’t take long for people to start pasting the said spoilers on the forums of NeoGAF, 4chan and Reddit. We’re not going to be posting the spoilers here but if you’re really interested in knowing, just search around and you’ll come across a post.

The Last of Us releases on June 14, 2013 for the PlayStation 3. With almost a month before release, I feel saddened knowing that some people out there just got their story spoiled.
