MGR: Revengeance – Blade Wolf DLC Coming May 14th

By   /   3 years ago

Time to stalk your enemies as a giant cyborg canine this summer with the upcoming Blade Wolf DLC to Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.

The story DLC is a prequel, and focuses on the life of the character Blade Wolf (or LQ-84i, as is his official designation). It features multiple hours of gameplay including unique abilities and characteristics for LQ-84i, while also expanding on each of his storylines and origins.

Blade Wolf is a quadruped cyborg that Raiden meets in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, and teams up with. He resembles Crying Wolf beast form from Metal Gear Solid: Guns of the Patriots. Known weapons systems include a chainsaw attached to its back that can be used to cut opponents, springloaded HF knives, a rail gun, as well as extendable claws.

The Blade Wolf DLC is available May 14th for 560 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360 and on May 15th for €6.99 for the PlayStation 3. This is the second of the two DLCs that have been promised for MGR: Revengeance, the first one being Jetstream, in which you take control of Raiden’s enemy; Jetstream Sam.
