XCOM: Enemy Unknown Comes to PSN

By   /   Apr 10, 2013

Yesterday’s PlayStation Store Update included a very special game. The PlayStation Blog announced the release of XCOM: Enemy Unknown yesterday for the PlayStation 3 on PlayStation Network for North American and Brazilian audiences. The 7.6 GB game is now available for purchase for a price of $39.99.

As you might have already read, Firaxis Games’ PAX East panel also announced the release date for a Mac version. The mac version dated for a 25th April release will be ported by Feral Interactive.

Take your pick because iOS port was also announced by 2K Games last month. The port is dated for a release this summer. If you haven’t played the game on PC or Xbox 360 already, then you may want to grab it on other platforms.

The game was originally released for PlayStation 3, Windows PC and Xbox 350 on October 9, 2012. You can read more about the iOS and Mac releases covered in our other articles.
