By   /   Feb 9, 2013

In a surprisingly heartwarming moment of customer service, the retailer Best Buy is shipping free copies to the three thousand or so unfortunate customers who go their pre-orders cancelled.

You read that right folks, Best Buy is giving Bioshock Infinite for free to those of you who ordered the Premium Edition and got their order cancelled for no reason.

It’s an amazing move by the company to turn a fiasco that might have lost them a good number of customers into one that will endear them to many. In case you’re a bit confused why all the hassle when customers can just re-order the game, the fact is that this is the premium edition we’re talking about.

There are only a limited number of those in stock and if you got your order cancelled you’re probably not going to get it again.

Oh and you’re getting it via expedited shipping. Hell yeah.

Recently, your order for X360-BIOSHOCK INFINITE PREMIUM EDITION (6970182) was cancelled in error. I apologize and understand the confusion and inconvenience that this has caused.

We would like to make it up to you by sending you this product, via expedited shipping, free of charge. You can expect to receive your product around the street date or when the inventory becomes available.
