Finally! A Cyberpunk 2077 Trailer

By   /   3 years ago

CD Projekt Red, the makers of the Witcher series has finally gone and done it – they’ve released an actual trailer for Cyberpunk 2077, a game they’ve kept rather close to their chest.

While indeed the trailer is of a modest duration, it still manages to communicate a substantial amount of information. In the video, you can tell that the woman isn’t an android, but rather a human modified with implants.

Furthermore, displayed in the video, is the core lore behind Cyberpunk 2077. While humans can modify themselves with hidden arm blades and other features, they’re also more and more susceptible to insanity, depending on the amount of implants they have.

You can also see the Psycho Squad in action, as they detain the modified woman. The ending also hints to the fact that they recruit her, as well. Though, that’s just conjecture at this point.
