Mac Client for Dungeons and Dragons Online is in Beta

By   /   Dec 18, 2012

You probably know by now that Turbine has already released Lord of the Rings Online for Mac, well it seems that the developer has similar plans for their other major MMO, Dungeons and Dragons Online. The Studio has announced development on the new version and has invited players to give it a go.

DDO’s Mac version doesn’t require software like Wine or Bootcamp to use, but runs natively on the platform. It currently supports OSX 10.7 and 10.8, and it needs a fresh install if a Mac user was playing on a Windows client.

The beta is completely public, so anyone can play, and Turbine has posted a short FAQ with system requirements and other information.
