Hitman Absolution Techniques Guide – How To Kill

Agent 47 is already a huge badass, but as you play the game, you’ll find out that he can become an even bigger badass as he improves his Techniques. Assassin Techniques in Hitman: Absolution are like upgrades for all aspects of being an assassin.

Some techniques give you faster reload speed while others improve aim and so on. There are a total of ten techniques, each with three ranks (so thirty in all). To unlock them, you must earn a high enough score in each chapter, and this is what they do:

Hitman Absolution Assassin Techniques – Level #1

Weapon Handling
Reduced weapon recoil.

Chameleon
Replenishes Instinct while hiding in plain sight

Instinctive Shot
Tagging in point-shoot consumes less Instinct over time.

Pain Suppression
Improves recovery time

Dual Wielding Expertise
Better accuracy while dual-wielding

Pure Instinct
Greater instinct returned from actions and items

Hand-to-Hand
Better reaction time in hand to hand combat

Controlled Breathing
Greater stability while sniping

Iron Man
2% faster sprinting

Throwing
Longer throwing range for light objects such as knives.

Weapon Handling
Faster reloads

Chameleon
Blending costs less Instinct

Instinctive Shot
Tagging in point-shoot consumes even less Instinct over time.

Pain Suppression
Increases resistance to damage

Dual Wielding Expertise
Faster firing while dual-wielding.

Pure Instinct
Increased total Instinct.

Hand-to-Hand
Subdues targets faster.

Controlled Breathing
Steadies aim for a longer period of time when holding your breath.

Iron Man
4% faster sprinting.

Throwing
Longer throwing range for heavy objects such as bricks.

Hitman Absolution Assassin Techniques – Level #3

Weapon Handling
Improves both recoil and reload speed

Chameleon
Blending costs less and Instinct replenishes faster while hiding in plain sight

Instinctive Shot
Tagging in point-shoot mode uses the least amount of Instinct allowed.

Pain Suppression
Greater health and health regeneration.

Dual Wielding Expertise
Both accuracy and firing speed increased for dual wielding mode.

Pure Instinct
Increases total Instinct and Instinct regeneration.

Hand-to-Hand
Faster reaction in hand to hand combat and subduing enemies takes less time.

Controlled Breathing
Increased stability while sniping and longer stability while holding your breath.

Iron Man
7% faster sprinting.

Throwing
All objects can be thrown further.
