DayZ: Earn Real Money In The New Bounty Mode

By   /   4 years ago

DayZ is taking a page right out of Diablo 3’s book, players can now actually earn real money for in-game kills.

The feature comes in the new Bounty mode for the open-world survival game, where players will start out by buying packages giving them certain number of lives and basic gear. Off course the price of the package will result in better stats and gear. Players will have the option to choose from $5, $10, $15 or $20 packages to use on the Bounty servers.

In-game killing 10 zombies will earn you $0.10, survivors are worth $0.05 and bandits will rake in $0.25. Taking out an outlaw, a bandit with the most kills, will net players $5.00. Value of an outlaw will increase $0.25 per hour of in-game time.

DayZ will see to a standalone release later this year for the PC at an unknown price. Dean Hall, the creator of the mod has mentioned that the price will be really cheap.
