Ever since the release of Sega Master System 3D, virtual reality has been a dream of hardware...
More Than 10 Minutes Of Splinter Cell: Blacklist Gameplay Footage
With Ubisoft’s less than stellar performance at this year’s Gamescom a few days past a question rises of why this gameplay footage did not take center stage there for Ubisoft or why it did not appear at all?
This lengthy gameplay footage showcase multiple reasons for gamers to be excited about Splinter Cell: Blacklist when it finally arrives next year in spring granted there are no delays in its development.
It begins with Sam Fisher disguised in an Arabian garb gaining access to one of their camps. It soon becomes obvious that Sam has not mellowed with age or lost his step, for that matter. On the contrary, Sam Fisher has never looked any better than this.
The thing that I absolutely loved in this gameplay footage was the smoothness of the gameplay. In particular, Sam’s transition from melee combat to all out gunfight while clearing out the enemies in mere seconds was a thing of beauty, grace and power. It also portrays the stealth side of the game where Sam evades and fool enemies masterfully.
The interrogation sequences shown in the trailer were truly nerves racking and delivered the full psychological impact of the proceedings. Not only, this but the graphics for the game are gorgeous fully detailing the environments around Sam.
Oh and Sam Fisher can also go from Prince of Persia scaling the architecture easily to full-on Max Payne shooting down enemies in a few moments. Here is the gameplay footage for your viewing pleasure.
