Mass Effect 3 Wii U Controls Explained

By   /   Aug 3, 2012

Last nights EA Summer Showcase unveiled the mystery behind the controls for Mass Effect 3 on the Wii U. Players will have a constant map of the surrounding areas on their touch screen. The map will have the members of your squad and enemies highlighted for ease of identification.

On each side of the touch screen, will be four powers. Giving you quick access to whatever abilities you wish to use at that moment, without having to pause the game to select them.

Personally, I think this is an amazing change, as flow is one of the most important aspects to any game. Especially in the aspect of immersion

At this Summer Showcase, BioWare also revealed that they would be shipping the game with an interactive comic that will help new players to the series have a better grasp of what’s happening in the universe.

It would seem to me, that if you’re new to the series, ME3 on the Wii U is the perfect opportunity to jump in. What do you think?
