Halo 4 isn’t even out yet, but that hasn’t stopped 343 Industries from thinking of the next game in the universe. In a job ad spotted by NowGamer, the Microsoft-exclusive studio is looking for a creative director for a new triple A experience set in the FPS franchise’s lore.

343 Industries is looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead and deliver a groundbreaking new AAA entertainment experience set in the Halo universe.

The creative director’s core duties are also shown below.

The Creative Director will be part of the core team that defines and drives the vision while providing a source of inspiration, leadership, creative focus, and most importantly, a guiding light for the project team.

For reference, the creative director for Halo 4 is Josh Holmes. It’s also not known if this new AAA Halo project will be Halo 5 or if it’s a spin-off of some sort.

Halo 4 will be out on November 6 for the Xbox 360.
