Assassins Creed 3 To Have Co-Op Mode?
Boy-oh-boy, are the redcoats in for a lot of trouble in Assassin Creed 3 in or what. And as if one vicious sneaky assassin wasn’t enough, the latest details listed at Microsoft’s product site indicate that the game will feature two-to-four player co-op – a big new feature never seen in the previous games.
It was IGN that spot this first on the product listing of the game on the Xbox 360 Marketplace. However, nobody is still sure whether this will be a standalone mode or will actually allow other players to drop into your singleplayer and help you take down redcoat essentials.
Personally, I quite like the latter idea, as it can really be a source of entertainment within the ever-loved boundaries of the singleplayer. If it’s a standalone, then you can expect to be a horde-styled mode (no promises), as that seems to be the trend of this time.
Well, only 30th October will reveal the final story.
