Rumor – Someone Has Purchased Mass Effect 3 DLC Already

If a reader from Joystiq is to be believed, Mass Effect 3 already has paid DLC even before it’s released. The reader, Craig, claims to have purchased a code at his local GameStop for $10.

The DLC is titled FromDust; at least it says so on the receipt. Aside from that, no other details have been revealed. Is this multiplayer DLC or single-player DLC? Keep in mind that EA has not commented on this yet. So, this might be a rumor, but chances are it’s legit as GameStop and other retailers get to know these things ahead of time way before players and press do.

Are you ok with Mass Effect already having DLC even before the game’s out or should it have been included in the disc in the first place?
