Ghost Recon: Future Soldier’ Premier Gameplay Trailer is Full of “Ghosts”

Ubisoft has just released the newest trailer for their oft-delayed shooter, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. Before you brush this off as another Call of Duty clone, give the trailer a watch because it’s not.

For one thing, it’s a third-person shooter and the characters can turn into “ghosts.” By that, I mean they can turn on a camouflage that makes them literally invisible. Also, from the trailer it looks like it will be more cover-based, be more tactical and involve teamwork in a whole new level.

Seems snazzy, no? Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is Ubisoft’s latest game in the Tom Clancy label in recent years – and undoubtedly, their crack at taking some of that Call of Duty pie.

Future Soldier will  be released this May 22 for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
