Surprise surprise! Or maybe not actually, since it’s become a seasoned habit of Activision to release a Call of Duty game annually. Yes, you’ve guessed right; Activision is readying up yet another Call of Duty game for 2012.

As we focus on 2012, we have a strong product pipeline which features a minimum of two highly anticipated new titles from Blizzard Entertainment, including Diablo III, and a new Call of Duty game from Activision Publishing,” Activision CEO Bobby Kotick said in a statement accompanying the publisher’s quarterly report.

Alongside this, Activision also reported their annual earnings, which can be viewed here.

Excited about yet another Call of Duty game while it’s just been a day since the freshest release? Some might say yes, but many others would question the constant re-iteration of an experience so similar to the one(s) we’ve experienced annually since 2005.
