Microsoft Releases Kinect SDK Beta 2 for Windows

After scoring a great round of appreciation for Beta 1, Kinect has just launched the second beta version (i.e. Kinect beta 2 SDK) for Windows. Microsoft plans to bring the complete version by earlier half of next year.Kinect will be supported by Windows 7 and 8.
While this is still the non-commercial version, the Beta 2 version has a number of new features and improvements as opposed to the first Beta release this version has “faster skeletal tracking, better accuracy rate when it comes to skeletal tracking and joint recognition, and the ability to plug and unplug your Kinect without losing work/productivity” according to Microsoft.
This release seems like a treat by Kinect on their first anniversary. Kinect is expected to release by first half of 2012.
