These last six months has proven to be quite fruitful for Square Enix. The half yearly fiscal report of the company was revealed yesterday. With 2.18 million copies sold, Deus Ex: Human Revolution tops the list in Square Enix camp, followed by Siege 3 with 0.82 million copies.

The geographical break up of the sales shows that Europe tends to admire Square Enix’s games more than Americans.

Dues Ex: Human Revolution- 1.38 million sales in Europe, and 0.8 million sales in USA.
Dungeon Siege 3- 480,000 sales in Europe, 320,000 in USA, and only 20,000 in Japan.

While not sold in the US or the EU, the Japanese-only Dragon Quest 25th Anniversary Collection was able to sway fans of the series, hiking up an impressive 350K units sold.
As for financial prospects, for the six months ended in September, Square had something of a good period, recording profits of ¥3.704 billion ($47.39 million), but decreased revenues of ¥57.516 billion ($735.26 million).
