Microsoft Will Provide TV Service On Your Xbox This Year

Just a reminder that Microsft will be launching it’s TV service for Xbox 360 this year. Steve Ballmer has told that the service will be available by Christmas. No surprise at all as Microsoft won’t find any other time better than this throughout the year.

Anyhow, subscribers will be able to voice control it by using Kinect. This means that you can shout at your TV. Good for those who can’t afford to shout at their wives (No Offense). We don’t have the details yet but Ballmer told that the service will include “news, sports, and your favorite channels” around the globe. I won’t say that the service is quite a leap but still a descent option for those who still don’t have cable/satellite connected screens in their room.
