The speed depends upon signals strength, number of shared users etc. But if you talk about service then you can compare them, I used Wateen and I'm not satisfied with their helpline and customer care centre services, they don't understand the problem or maybe don't try to understand, they only want to sell new connections and don't care about old ones. I also used Qubee service and their services are much better than Wateen, they response fast on complaints. I get 100% signals for both Wateen and Qubee and I concluded download speed is better on Qubee and upload speed is much better on Wateen. One cannot compare devices and Internet speed like this.
