Two of authors of this blog are using Bitdefender internet security, one had this issue but was temporary. I have told him to mail you the specifics. The fix I suggested was from the old forum topics, at bitdefender forums.

Hi! I am contacting you on behalf of the BitDefender team. As we didn\’t have any similar situations reported, we would like to further investigate what happened. Do you any have any specific examples of users having this issue? Also, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
