F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin-Preview

Those who have played the PC version of  F.E.A.R would know,unique gloomy and action packed effects of this game.

Some gamers did feel some problems with map designs and effects etc but it was one of the few games that i finished in two or three days.
For  me it was a stunner, Now Monolith is committed to more fierce action, F.E.A.R 2 Project Origin seems to rememorize the original gameplay of fear.

In F.E.A.R. 2, you will play as Michael Becket, member of a special forces team caught up in some pretty catastrophic events. There are armies of clone soldiers, paranormal threats, and an unstoppable physic entity known as Alma to battle. The trailer kicks off with a look back at F.E.A.R. and when Alma was unleashed before transitioning to the new game.

The visual jump between the games is eye-catching, and so is the gameplay. F.E.A.R. 2 will feature more foes, more weapons, and even a cool suit of power armor that you can pilot.The health sytem is like Call of duty or Halo, which provide some place of breathing.
One of the key new additions to the game is mech combat, which is present out of two-thirds of the way through the demo.

The actual gun play feels hefty and brutal, and that’s without using the slow-move  ability, which wasn’t present in the levels in the playable demo. It’s still just plain cool to be able to flip a table over for cover and then take out some bad dudes.
It’s great to see the requisite creepy moments and flashbacks involving Alma. And lastly, it’s still satisfying to fire the Hammerhead — the new version of F.E.A.R.’s Penetrator — and impale some fool on a wall.

The game is set for simultaneous release on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.But we will have to wait for it till E3 of this year. I am really looking forward to this,  let’s see what the real game will bring to us.
